In the unlikely event that you run out of credits users will still be able to post content to your website/platform it just won’t be moderated or potentially remain compliant. However, don’t worry as our automated notifications will give plenty of warning before your credits are due to expire. You can purchase one-time credit top-up's to resume moderation service until your plan renews.

Our annual plans allow you to purchase a fixed set of monthly credits at a discount. You are still purchasing and using monthly credits and as such are limited to the number of credits that the plan provides per month. If you exceed these credits in a given month, you will need to purchase a one-time top-up, or wait until the following month for the next batch of credits to be applied to your account. This prevents you from exhausting all available credits in a short period of time when you purchase an annual plan.
